volcano eruption
Last Thursday room 11 went to room 12 to do a science experiment. The group that I was in started by talking to each other. We looked up on the net to see what the method is and what the ingredients are. Once we did that we typed it up on a slide. We worked collaboratively with each other by sharing ideas so we could succeed with our science experiment. We got started on our first one after morning tea but the colour did not come out so well.We did it again after lunch and the colour worked better in a smaller container. Our group thought that our second one was much better than our first one.

New Zealand Is Going To Get A New Internet Cable
New Zealand is going to get a second undersea internet cable link to the United States. The 14,000km cable should be up and running by 2018. The cable will link to New Zealand, the United States , Hawaii,Australia, that would compete with the Southern Cross cable, which is half owned by Spark. The project has been around for several years and had struggled to get money. However, telecommunications investor Malcolm Dick is now backing the project, which has been led by Dunedin businessman Sir Eion Edgar and Queens town-based Remi Galasso.
